The committee of referees of the Ukrainian Football Association explained the interpretation of the game episode in the 44th minute of the match of the 7th round of the championship of Ukraine "Rukh" (Lviv) - "Dnipro-1" (Dnipro), which took place on October 16.

He did not play the ball, but only touched it, and at the same time he prevented the progress of player No. 11 of FC Dnipro-1, standing in the path of the latter's movement.
