Rukh Lviv made a statement on its official website following the recent match of the 7th round of the Ukrainian Championship with Dnipro-1 (2:3), which, we recall, ended in a fight between the head of these two clubs, the sports director of Dnipro, Evgeny Krasnikov, and General Director of Lviv Igor Dedyshyn.

The dramatic match of the 7th round of the UPL between Rukh and Dnipro-1 (2:3) ended in a huge scandal. The “extraordinary chess game” was played by different characters, some had more influence, some less. However, as a result of all these vicissitudes, it is worth digging deeper into the swamp where some of the worms of Ukrainian football live and conduct their activities.
Pawn move
An obedient soldier of the Ukrainian football authorities, referee Yuriy Ivanov from Makeyevka, repeatedly got into various scandals that attracted his unreasonable decisions to the football fields. The “Sobutsky case”, “Gelzin case” are far from all high-profile cases with his participation, when he confidently marched as a pawn, dreaming of becoming a general.
It seems that the referee from Donbass is cynically currying favors by following certain instructions during important games. Otherwise, it is difficult to explain how a person with a rather low refereeing qualification (and this is confirmed by many of his controversial decisions) went from the bottom to the elite league of Ukrainian football without any problems.
Now the "arbiter of football destinies" "distinguished himself" in Lviv. In the Rukh match with Dnipro-1, he awarded a penalty, which in fact was not. At the same time, he did it at the moment when the guests needed it - a goal in the locker room, as you know, is of great psychological importance for both teams.
However, this did not help Dnipro to take the lead in the score. As well as two exceptions that can be considered fair, although also, as they say, at the discretion of the arbiter...
First, Yuri Ivanov, with the score 2:2, made up for 4 minutes by the main time. And there are many witnesses to such a verdict of the chief referee of the match on both coaching ranks. The table with the number "4" was prepared by the reserve referee. The broadcast director also received such information.
Subsequently, he feverishly came up with the idea of adding another minute, as if assuming that this Dnepr-1 would not be enough. Namely, it seems that not only football players worked for the victory of the current leaders of the Ukrainian Championship at the Ukraine Stadium.
But that's not all. Toward the close of the 4th stoppage minute, Loginov from Dnipro in the hosts' penalty box literally jumped onto Didyk from Rukhov, leaning his hands back on his shoulders, which is an obvious violation of modern football rules.
If Yuri Ivanov had appointed a penalty kick in that episode, then the game would have ended in a draw by almost one hundred percent. However, blinded by the winning goal for Dnipro-1, the referee ignored that moment, and already with the next wave of attack, a goal was scored...
Apparently, Yuri Ivanov himself received pleasure from such a result of the game. They say that this 36-year-old guy from Makiivka with "separate manners", to put it mildly, does not like "Westerners". At least, during the scandal with the honorary president of Agrobusiness (Volochisk), when the referee seemed to have been beaten after the match, his ambiguous phrase was shouted out in the testimony of eyewitnesses, they say, “why did you come to fight with us, we, Danes, don’t

But against the background of other characters in Ukrainian football history, Yuriy Ivanov looks like a performer. Customers are different. One of the gray cardinals of Ukrainian football is the odious 47-year-old Evgeny Krasnikov, a football functionary who actually manages two clubs - Dnipro-1 and Metalist. Although legally the picture may be different, this is precisely the case when de facto and de jure differ significantly.
There was also nowhere to put samples on it. At one time, as a result of a scandal about the contractual nature of the Metalist-Karpaty match, he was disqualified for 5 years. Then it was "Uncle Zhenya" who came to an agreement with the football players, later he was excommunicated from the profession - first for life, but then the term was reduced to 5 years.
This is proven. His so-called work with judges has not been officially proven, which helped him win more than one important fight. "The end justifies the means" - according to this principle of the philosopher Machiavelli, Krasnikov walked along the football roads. In addition, the impudent Eugene did not feel guilty at all. Look at YouTube videos of those times: he either pretends that nothing really happened, or even justifies himself, they say, this is how it should be. This is what unprincipled Ukrainian football is like.
As you know, unpunished evil continues in the same vein. Therefore, further Krasnikov resumed his "activities". Regulations? No, they didn't. In violation of football laws, his Metal, without participating in the amateur championship of Ukraine, ended up in the Second League.
Indicative in this regard is the decision of the PFL Council, which was recorded in the minutes of the League Council meeting. With item number 5, to accept Metalist in the PFL - and immediately with the next item at number 6, the requirement that clubs that will play in the PFL must play in the amateur championship was canceled.
How do you like the beauty of the game: in one decision, it was first considered that they had violated the regulations, and only then they were canceled. In a word, they did what they needed, and in the way they needed.

And how can you not be afraid when next to him is the main king of Ukrainian football. None of those who are at least a little familiar with the affairs in the House of Football have any doubts that Krasnikov is a priori Pavelko's man. The entire so-called "rehabilitation" of the punished functionary went through the head of the UAF.
First, on November 21, 2016, Evgeny Krasnikov, being under a legal ban on football activities, unexpectedly headed the Kharkiv Regional Federation. And then the decision of the KGC appeared, by which the disqualification was canceled altogether. At the same time, Pavelko, as a cunning politician, demonstrated real miracles of verbal balancing act, explaining how the UAF (then FFU) could interfere in the decision of the Lausanne Court, the last resort in such disputes.
The Ukrainian federation was the first source of the solution,” Andriy Pavelko said in an interview then. - And the Lausanne court did not change it either to increase or decrease. He simply said: "OK, the FFU has made a decision, we leave it in force." But this is the decision of the FFU at that moment. And only she could decide after a while how this person behaved during this time, whether the situation had changed. We see that anyone in life has the opportunity to defend and justify his honest name, to prove his case. The FFU received a request from the lawyers representing Krasnikov, studied this issue and made a decision to commute the sentence."
And the still acting head of the UAF can use such verbal tricks to explain any issue. Therefore, applying the paraphrased principle "Enemies - the law, friends - the solution of any issue", the duo of negotiators consisting of Krasnikov and Pavelka continues to follow the Ukrainian football path.
Almost everything that happened around the pathetic process of the revival of "Metal" (and later "Metalist"), took place, if not on direct instructions, then in agreement with Pavelk. The Kharkiv team was pulled by the ears. And headlines in the media like "Metal" beat the main competitor thanks to two penalties", "Metal was helped by a penalty and a withdrawal in the rivals" continued from week to week.
Now the situation is the same. Dnipro-1 and Metalist, the clubs to which Evgeny Krasnikov is related, are headed by unlicensed coaches Oleksandr Kucher and Oleksandr Prizetko. According to football laws, they do not have the right to represent clubs, go to press conferences, and so on. But everyone turns a blind eye to this, because who and what claims will dare to put forward this sweet couple.

And the UAF on its official website even managed to “twist” the official excuse. But one day everything is so lopsided that it is not taken seriously...
...Earlier, the clubs that Igor Kolomoisky was involved in were always considered honest and clean. They did not participate in the agreements that were and are in Ukrainian football (only not all of them were caught). That former Dnepr was generally associated with the Warriors of Light. It is no secret for football people that Igor Valeryevich is behind Dnipro-1. But for many, it is very strange that the “Dnipros” already pretty much “stink of Krasnikov” ...
