As already reported, Dnipro-1 received a refusal from Chornomorets in a request to postpone the match of the 10th round of the Ukrainian championship. Now it turned out that the Dnipro residents addressed the “sailors” twice with such a request.

The match of the 10th round of the Ukrainian Championship "Dnepr-1" - "Chernomorets" is scheduled for Sunday, October 30. The hosts of this match appealed to the Odessites with a request to reschedule the match, since already on Thursday, November 3, Dnipro-1 should meet with the Dutch AZ in the Conference League. The already complicated calendar confuses the logistics of the club. It takes a day to get to the road to Alkmaar by land transport. Dnipro appealed to the UPL, but instead of an answer, they received another letter from Chornomorets with a refusal.

Back in the summer, before the start of UPL matches, and later in September, agreements were reached on comprehensive support for clubs representing Ukraine abroad and, in particular, participating in European Cup matches. In particular, Shakhtar has already used the right to postpone the date of the match twice: Lviv and Mynay met halfway and postponed their matches with the Pitmen so that they could prepare for the Champions League matches as best as possible.

But why does UPL executive director Yevhen Dykyy express support for only some clubs, and why can’t UPL establish general rules for everyone and oblige all clubs to act in the interests and in favor of Ukrainian football.

In the end, Chornomorets, which occupies the last place in the standings, did not meet the lead team, which also represents Ukraine in European competitions, and refused to postpone the game. The Odessa team argued its decision by the fact that it does not have the opportunity to reschedule this fight, since the club already has one rescheduled match (the match of the 7th round with Kryvbas), which was set for December 2nd.

Subsequently, Dnipro-1 once again turned to Chornomorets with a request to reschedule the match and play it in the spring of 2023. But "Chernomorets" again refused.

“The regulations say that the match can be rescheduled by agreement between the two sides, the two clubs — we discussed this issue at the beginning of the season, and the UPL promised us that they would help us in every possible way in this. Now they have taken the position of “my hut is on the edge”, referring to the regulations - here, try to agree, ”- commented on the situation Andrey Rusol, Executive Director of FC Dnepr-1.

Thus, the UPL, headed by Evgeniy Dykiy, not only does not fulfill its promises, but also withdraws itself from assistance in resolving disputes, just not yet in favor of Ukrainian football.
