Chelsea head coach Graham Potter believes that his team is not yet ready to fight for major trophies.
"One of the reasons for coming here, one of many, was that this is a fantastic club, potentially one of the best in the world, that can compete for any major trophy. But we all understand that now we are far from this level, and it may take two, three or four years. Such are today's realities, if we look at the league standings and Chelsea's distance to the leading positions.
Ok, how to get there? It's hard work, and it's pain, and it's suffering, and it's learning, and it's just moving forward. That's why we're here," Goal quoted Potter as saying.
After 13 rounds played in the EPL, "Chelsea" occupies the seventh place in the tournament table, 13 points behind the leading "Arsenal".
