Referee expert, ex-FIFA referee Miroslav Stupar gave his assessment of the refereeing of Dmitry Panchishin in the recent match of the 12th round of the Ukrainian Championship between Dynamo Kyiv and Oleksandriya (3:1).

Match referee Dmitry Panchishin considered that there was a simulation by Tsygankov. But the simulation happens when the players fall forward, "dive". And there was an obvious violation.
