Shakhtar are watching Dynamo Zagreb midfielder Antonio Marin. If the Pitmen sell Mykhailo Mudryk in winter, then 21-year-old Marin can become a replacement for the Ukrainian.
Marin acts as a left midfielder. In youth football, he was one of the main talents of Croatia, along with Joshka Guardiol, but so far Marin cannot justify the advances. Marin spent last season at Sibenik, also played for Monza in Serie B.
Portal transfermarkt.de values Antonio Marina at 1.8 million euros. His agreement with the club is valid until 2024.
It should be noted that Igor Jovićević knows the player’s capabilities well — Marin worked under his leadership in the youth team of Dinamo Zagreb. In particular, Marin played against Shakhtar in the UEFA Youth League.
