Cristiano Ronaldo has revealed that he has turned down a £305m bid from a club from Saudi Arabia.
In an extended interview with Piers Morgan on TalkTV, the Portuguese confirmed rumors of interest from Al Hilal, who offered a two-year contract and the status of the world's highest-paid player in the summer.
"So it's true. But the fact that the press keeps saying that nobody needs me is absolutely wrong. I was happy at Manchester United, I was motivated to have a great season. However, the media keep repeating that nobody needs Ronaldo," Ronaldo said.
