The former head of the Russian Football Union (RFU) and ex-UEFA Vice President Vyacheslav Koloskov boasted an invitation from FIFA to the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.

- I will be at the World Cup in Qatar. I don't know how expensive it is - I ride for free. I am going at the invitation of FIFA as an honorary member of the organization.
