Newcastle can sign the leader of Borussia Mönchengladbach

Newcastle are interested in signing Borussia Monchengladbach striker Markus Thuram, The Sun reports.

According to a source, the Magpies want to take advantage of the opportunity to sign Marcus Thuram, who can become a free agent after this season. The 25-year-old player does not plan to extend his contract with Borussia. Thus, the bosses of the German club are not against selling their leader and getting at least some funds.

Interestingly, in the current season, Marcus Thuram played 17 matches and scored 13 goals.
