The head coach of the Russian national team Valery Karpin, summing up the results of yesterday's enchanting friendly match with Uzbekistan (0:0), said that he had no understanding of who his team should play with next.
Recall that the Russian Federation, as a terrorist country, was expelled from all international football competitions immediately after the attack on Ukraine. Since then, the Russian team has played three breathtaking friendly matches - with Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.
“Future rivals? I don't have an understanding. I am only for holding one more match with Uzbekistan. But it depends on the leadership of the Russian Football Union and the Football Federation of Uzbekistan," Karpin said after the match with Uzbekistan.
