The head coach of Shakhtar Donetsk, Ihor Jovichevich, received an award from Orthodox Church of Ukraine.
"Today I experienced a pleasant and unexpected event - I received a medal from the Metropolitan of Kyiv and All Ukraine of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine Epiphany "for sacrifice and love for Ukraine". I cannot hide my feelings for this country and people. I feel like one of you, a Ukrainian! It is a great honor and pride for me to receive this honorary gift, and I am infinitely grateful," Jovičević wrote on Instagram and added a photo.
