West Ham are ready to sell their team leader Declan Rice in the summer transfer window, according to The Telegraph.
According to the source, West Ham will no longer stand in the way of Rice and will allow their captain to leave at the end of the season for 70 million pounds.
Declan has been linked with a return to Chelsea, from whose academy he was expelled as a junior, but two other Premier League clubs are currently ahead of the Blues in the race for the 23-year-old Englishman.
