Former Liverpool and Manchester City defender takes charge of Championship club

Former Liverpool defender, Manchester City Colo Toure has taken charge of Wigan. This is reported by the official website of the English club.

Touré's agreement with Wigan is for three years. Wigan are currently playing in the Championship. Toure will play his first match as head coach at the new club on December 10 against Millwall.

Recall that Toure previously worked in the Leicester coaching staff under the leadership of Brandon Rodgers.
