7 Dynamo players who disappointed in 2022

The year 2022 is coming to an end, so it's time to take stock. Of course, "Dynamo" in 2022 is a complete disappointment. There are lists of 55 players and club representatives that are underwhelming to say the least, but let's leave it at that. Here are 7 Dynamo Kyiv players who have been a downright disappointment this year.

Defense line - Popov, Syrota, Zabarny

The game of "Dynamo" in defense at the level of the championship of Ukraine sometimes raised questions, but still the Kyivans learned to control the course of the match and not reduce everything to a game of randomness. However, this was during the 2021/22 season. What happened next is a big mystery. In addition to childish mistakes in the European Cups, "Dynamo" defenders began to make mistakes in the domestic championship as well. The game in the defense of "Dynamo" defenders during submissions to the "white-blue" penalty area is an absolute horror.

Denis Popov managed to be remembered for his aggressive style of play, goals and his first red card in Dynamo football. Either injured or on the mend is the ideal description for the "Ukrainian Sergio Ramos".

Oleksandr Syrota with all his advantages in the game of moving the ball forward, plays very poorly when throwing or passing into the penalty area. The constant loss of "your player" and mistakes in the choice of position have already become a common phenomenon, which Dynamo fans watch with disdain.

Ilya Zabarny after a meteoric rise, is not showing the progress that everyone expected. Looking at Ilya's game in the new season, rumors about a possible transfer to "Chelsea" or "Tottenham" cause nothing but hysterical laughter. Ilya is remembered, first of all, for the preparation for the wedding, which seems to have come to the fore, displacing football.

Probably, if you mold Popov, Syrota and Zabarny into one football player, you will get a pretty decent central defender. You can read more about this and Zabarny's wedding in Mykhailo Smolovoy's post attached below.

The defectors are Tsitaishvili and Ramirez

Legionnaires were not obliged to stay in Ukraine after the start of the war. We can only thank Tomasz Kendzori, who made a willful decision and stayed at the club. There can be no other questions, but... But what about Tsitaishvili? A person who played for the youth national team of Ukraine and won the World Cup with it in Poland, who until the last hesitated which football citizenship to accept at the adult level and was waiting for special attention from the bosses of Dynamo and the national team.

Gio decided to play for the historical Motherland - Georgia, and there are no complaints here either. But after the start of the war, when the head coach is counting on you to take and use the UEFA rule and move from "Dynamo" to "Lech"... To what extent can this act be perceived adequately? Especially in the context of the fact that the winger's position in the team was so problematic that even Shepelev played there. From the legal point of view everything is fine, but what about the ethical side?

"Tsitaishvili left Dynamo in a very ugly way. Lucescu counted on him, he had an individual conversation and an offer with the following general wording: "Stay, I rely on you, you will compete." Tsitaishvili, I will not say rudely, but ugly replied that he sees himself in another club," Ihor Burbas commented.

Ramirez was designed to be the perfect striker for Lucescu. Yes, the Venezuelan had a rough start, but by all accounts it was Mircea's favorite striker profile. Even in his bad shape and with minimal communication with his teammates, Eric looked more useful and interesting than Besedin. But even here it was not without obstacles. The name of this obstacle is to meet Jerson “Gulvisa” Rodriguez.

"Lucescu has been looking for the forward of his dreams for two and a half years. It looked like Eric Ramirez would become that player. But Ramirez met Gerson Rodriguez very early and prematurely: Kyiv clubs, hair dyeing, etc. began.

Now Ramirez is playing well for Slovan, although it cannot be compared with the performance of the DAK times, from where Dynamo bought him," explained Mykhailo Spivakovskyi.

Ramirez did not have time to spend much time in Ukraine to warm his heart to Dynamo, so his departure to Sporting Gijon (and then to Slovan) was quite expected. The most exciting thing is what happens next? Will Eric from Slovakia return to Ukraine, or will Dynamo consider the option of buying another striker in the winter, and have they put a big, fat cross on the Venezuelan? We'll see later.

Strikers without goals - Supryaga and Besedin

There seemed to be many more disappointments from the goal scorers named Supryaga and Besedin, but they were able to surpass their "achievements".

Vladyslav Supryaga got the chance, possibly of a lifetime, and squandered it. We are talking about the loan period at Sampdoria. There was as much hype in the Italian media about the "new Shevchenko" as there was disappointment at the end of the 21/22 season.

Having returned to "Dynamo", already traditionally overweight, Supryaga decided to undergo surgery after another injury. By the spring part of the championship, Vladyslav should recover, but his chances of winning the competition in Vanat look slim.

"I want to talk about the phenomenon of Marriage. It's like he's lying on the operating table (pelvic joint injury). On the one hand, he is a professional, takes care of himself. Buys an orthopedic mattress, very expensive, for several thousand euros. Buys two devices for recovery, 3-5 thousand euros each.

On the other hand, he behaves like a brat who has no willpower. He came to the last gathering with 5 kg of excess weight. A person cannot deny himself a sweet. It will be a pity if Supryaga's career disappears because of his excessive love for croissants," said Ihor Burbas.

By Artem Besedin statistics say. The Dynamo striker last scored on April 25, 2021 in a UPL match against Ingulets.

Besedin could not show off his performance even before the terrible injury he suffered at Euro 2020 in the game against Sweden, and after that he stopped creating at least some semblance of danger for the opponents' goal. Artem has already lost the competition to young Vanat, and Mircea Lucescu sees Kulac, who has finally healed his injuries, as the second attacker.

There is a possibility that Besedin will leave Dynamo in the winter. According to Fanatik, "Sivasspor" is going to take Besyedin on rent. They want to complete the agreement on the transfer of the striker by the end of the 2022 World Cup.

It is worth noting that "Sivasspor" is currently in 17th place in the Turkish championship, which quite eloquently characterizes Besedin's current skill level.
