The President of the Polish Football Union, Cesari Kulesza, summed up the performance of the national team at the 2022 World Cup.
“For our team, the World Cup is over, but we are finishing it with our heads held high. We had chances against France, but the world champions were simply stronger. Leaving the group, the first in 36 years, is a success. Thanks to the coach, the players and our fans for this,” Kulesha said in a comment to Przegląd Sportowy.
