The owner of "Chornomorets" was taken into custody with bail

The Higher Anti-Corruption Court arrested the owner of Chornomorets, businessman Boris Kaufman, Oleg Novikov reports in Telegram.

The alternative is UAH 129 million of collateral. The prosecutor of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office asked not to set bail, but the court had a different opinion.

If the money is deposited, Kaufman will be given a number of obligations, including not to leave the borders of the cities of Kyiv and Odessa, not to communicate with witnesses and other suspects, and also to wear an electronic bracelet.
