The FA will task technical director John McDermott with finding a replacement for current England manager Gareth Southgate should he decide to resign. This is reported by The Telegraph.
According to the source, there are four specialists to replace Southgate: Brendan Rodgers, Mauricio Pochettino, Thomas Tuchel, and current assistant coach Steve Holland.
The FA leadership wants Southgate to continue with the England national team, but the specialist himself has not yet made a final decision. His agreement is valid until December 2024.
