- The first impressions of meeting the head coach of the "youth team" were only positive. Of course, I understood that Ruslan Rotan is one of the most authoritative figures in the history of Ukrainian football. However, I saw in front of me a very calm and self-possessed person who knows how to clearly set goals and trust the players. We immediately agreed on one thing - in no case should we abuse this trust. No one has ever punished us for mistakes, the desire to perceive and understand information was much more important,” said Arseniy.
