Chelsea goalkeeper Edouard Mendy rejected the London club's offer to continue cooperation, The Sun informs.
The management of the "blues" offered the 30-year-old football player a new six-year contract. However, the parties could not agree on the financial aspects of the contract. Mendy wants to earn on par with Kepa Arrizabalaga, who is currently the highest-paid goalkeeper in the world.
We will remind that Mendy's current contract with "Chelsea" runs until 2025.
