Journalist Ihor Burbas reported that the national team of Ukraine will have a new coaching staff.
"The national team of Ukraine will meet with the new coaching staff next time. This is already obvious.
If Serhii Rebrov resigns from his position at Al-Ain before March (there are options), he will immediately begin to perform his duties in the national team. He has already discussed his agreement with UAF in detail. If it is necessary to stay in the Emirates until June, the team will be led by its coaching staff.
This means that Oleksandr Petrakov's mission in the national team is over. His deal is up by the day, and the question of an extension was not discussed at the Executive Committee meeting last week. Although, at the same time, Ruslan Rotan and Serhiy Nagornyak were extended in the junior teams.
The coach of our national team does not want to return to the youth level yet, he plans to stay in adult football and is waiting for decent offers," Burbas wrote in his Telegram channel.
