— But I'm at home. I'll say this - I'm not wasting time, because during the period of my absence things have accumulated quite a bit. And most importantly, I want to spend as much time as possible with my children, pay attention to my wife. Especially now, when the country is at war.
— Do you miss football or are you tired of your long career and want to spend more time at home? — rest?
- Two in one - I want to play football all the time and be with my family. Athletes do not always succeed in this. On the eve of the New Year, I will share a small dream - I want the team from Soum to play in the UPL someday.
— How does the war in Ukraine affect your game? Does it happen that you go to a match not yourself because of the news or, on the contrary, charged up thanks to the next exploits of our military?
— It still doesn't sink in that Russia has unleashed a full-scale war in Ukraine. more than 300 days of war, and it is hard to believe that we are going through all this. That every day on the front lines boys and girls are fighting for our independence. Thanks to them - each one of them is a true hero. Thanks to them, we are able to live.
Frankly speaking, over the years of my career, I have learned to leave all thoughts in the locker room. You go out on the field and do your job. And after the match you return to the news.
