The management of Vorskla decided to limit the team's budget for the next year by 40-50 percent, according to the TaToTake telegram channel.
According to the source, personnel work at Vorskla will be carried out not to strengthen, but to weaken the payroll. It is known about a possible reduction in the salary of current team players. At best, Vorskla expects to exist in economy mode.
The reason for this is the recent arrest of businessman and honorary president of Vorskla Konstantin Zhevago, who was detained in France at the request of Ukraine.
Recall that Zhevago has not returned to the territory of Ukraine over the past three years. In 2019, he was put on the wanted list.
