Metalist forward Ruslan Fomin, in an interview with Profootball, shared his memories of the incident with Alexander Aliev at the 2006 European Championship (U-21).

“Kolya Ishchenko had a son. There was a meeting in the morning, Sanya Aliyev put on glasses, a baseball cap, and was walking with a bag. It was evident that the night was a success. Aliyev said: "Good." Didn't say a word, took the bag and went.
