There's another reason Ronaldo can't play for Al Nasr

Cristiano Ronaldo will not be able to make his debut for Al-Nasr in the near future, not only because of the disqualification from the FA.

According to AFP, the quota for foreign players has been filled in Al-Nasr, and the club simply cannot declare the Portuguese at the moment. Ronaldo is the ninth foreigner in the ranks of the club, while the Saudi Arabian federation allows a maximum of eight foreign players in the application.
