French court agrees to release Zhevago on bail of 1 million euros

The court of the French city of Chambéry released the honorary president of Vorskla Konstantin Zhevago on bail of 1 million euros.

According to Reuters, the decision was made yesterday, January 5, on the eve of the hearing on the extradition of the functionary on January 19. Then the issue of his extradition to Ukraine will be considered.

Recall that at the end of December Zhevago was detained in France at the request of Ukraine.
