Manchester City head coach Josep Guardiola, after defeating Chelsea in the FA Cup match 4-0, advised the management of the London club not to fire their mentor Graham Potter.
“I would advise the owner of Chelsea to give the coach some time. I understand that in big clubs the result is always very important, but give Graham time. All coaches need time, and at Brighton he did an incredible job. I had Lionel Messi at Barcelona, so I didn't need two seasons to implement my ideas. But it's because of Messi," Guardiola told Sky Sports.
