"Manchester United" player Antony got into a car accident

Manchester United striker Anthony was involved in a horrific incident on New Year's Eve, reports The Mirror.

Returning home from Molineux Stadium after a 1-0 win over Wolverhampton in the 18th round of the English Championship, the Brazilian footballer crashed his BMW X6 in an accident. The 20-year-old forward was not injured in the accident, but was badly shaken. The police arrived at the scene near Antony's house in Hale, checked the football player for the content of prohibited substances in his blood and took the car away. A few days after receiving the results of the analysis, the player got his vehicle back.
