— Of course, I am very happy to move to Borussia. I think that this is one of the best clubs and one of the best academies in Germany. Today (January 9 - ed.) I will have my first training session with the Borussia U-19 team. Before that, I trained only as part of the U-17 team.

— How were you accepted in the team?

— They received it very well. I already trained with the U-17 team during the outbreak of a full-scale war in Ukraine. Everyone was interested in the situation in our country and supported. The coaches immediately said that I could contact them for all questions.

- Does the training process in Borussia differ from Ukrainian clubs?

- At Shakhtar, we played more with one or two touches. There is no such thing here. In Borussia, they are allowed to take the initiative, to do everything individually. I also note that in the German club much attention is paid to shots on goal. Literally in one exercise - we practice blows. Borussia has more game exercises with the ball.

- What position do you play on the field?

- Basically, I play an attacking midfielder, but I can also play a defensive midfielder.

- Have you already been to the matches of the main team of Borussia at the home stadium?

— Yes, I have been a couple of times. The atmosphere is great. I haven't seen this yet. All fans are close to the field, everything that happens is clearly visible.

Borussia fans are generally famous for their songs and chants. The “wall” that is behind the gate is always very mobile and loud there. They sing the whole match, you even catch the buzz at this moment.

- Would you like to play for the main team of Borussia?

— Of course, this is one of my goals for the future.

— And what do you dream about globally in football?

- My dream is to win the Champions League. To begin with, I would like to break into the Ukrainian national team and also win all possible trophies with it.

— Do you plan to return to Ukraine after our victory in the war?

- Of course, I would like to come to visit my friends and father who stayed in Ukraine. But if everything goes well for me at Borussia, I would like to stay here. But at the same time, I would always gladly come to the Ukrainian national team. This is a dream for every footballer.
