Manchester United are interested in signing Dutch striker Wout Weghorst, who plays on loan at Besiktas. The player's contract belongs to Burnley.
According to Turkish journalist Gekan Dinç, if Besiktas does not allow Weghorst to move to Manchester United, the player himself will pay compensation to the Turkish club for terminating the agreement.
The Turkish club has so far refused to let Weghorst go, with whom an agreement has been signed until the summer of 2023, because they want to receive compensation.
Recall that Manchester United wants to strengthen the attacking line in the winter transfer window and is considering several candidates.
