Former midfielder of the Ukrainian national team Yevgeny Levchenko commented on the transfer of Dynamo midfielder Viktor Tsygankov to Spanish Girona.
“Have I already said that I am also happy for Tsygankov? I really hope that he will play in Spain," Levchenko wrote on his Twitter page.
