As expected, the French Strasbourg announced the signing of a contract with the Ukrainian defender of the Belgian Brugge Eduard Sobol.
According to the official website of Strasbourg, the term of the agreement with the 27-year-old Ukrainian is three years.
“After the injury of Thomas Deline, our club has focused on finding a left-back, and we are very pleased to complete the transfer of Eduard Sobol, a very good footballer who already has experience playing at the highest level,” Mark Keller, president of Strasbourg, commented on the signing of Sobol.
Recall, according to unofficial information, the amount of Sobol's transfer from Brugge to Strasbourg amounted to 2.5 million euros.
