The lawyer of the victim told the Brazilian media that the football player did not use a condom during the intimacy, which is why the girl had to take medication to prevent sexually transmitted diseases, reports Marca.

“Fortunately, she left the disco in an ambulance and immediately went to the police, so, unlike many rape victims who wash their underwear, she did not destroy the evidence,” the lawyer said.

Alves is accused of pushing a girl into the toilet of a nightclub in Barcelona on the night of December 30-31. She claims that the footballer locked her up and raped her. Now Dani is in a Catalan prison awaiting the next court hearing.
