For the first foreign training camp of this year, Dynamo left with an extended squad: thirty people in the first team at once, plus the U-19 team, which will also work there “in front of Mircea Lucescu”.
It is clear that the highly experienced Lucescu will not be able to “shove” everyone into the starting protocol under any circumstances: the staff is clearly inflated, the team needs to be cleaned. And, frankly, the Dynamo payroll needs a similar process.
The first call in this regard was the departure from the team of Kulach, who left for Azerbaijan. It is predicted that several more players will follow in the footsteps of Vlad (that is, on the way out) this off-season.
Sport.ua played ahead of the curve by defining a list of five names that may not be in the Dynamo application in the spring half-season.
After a serious injury received in October last year in a match with Rukh and subsequent knee surgery, Denis was forced to be out of the game for a long time. Actually, he was in the “game” only because the main goalkeeper of the “white-blues” Buschan was injured before that.
Now, during the Turkish training camp of Dynamo, Boyko is working at home according to an individual program. We wish Denis a speedy recovery and return to duty. However, unfortunately, a place in the Kyiv team does not shine for him. If Buschan, who has suddenly recovered from an injury, abruptly gets ready to go out (which is hard to believe), Neshcheret, who has already matured to a serious level, will become the “first number” of the team.
In addition, the team has two young and very promising goalkeepers - Morgun and Ignatenko. It will be very, very difficult for Boyko to “squeeze” into this tight goalkeeper formation. If he wants to get playing practice at the end of his career, and not be listed as the third-ranked Dynamo goalkeeper at most, he definitely needs to leave.
Without this defender, quite recently it was difficult to imagine the Dynamo starting lineup. Now you can imagine. In my subjective opinion, everything that Tomas could give / give to Dynamo, he has already done. You won't be able to "squeeze" more out of it.
The Polish legionnaire has been Dynamo Kyiv player for more than five years. And if three years ago he was a progressive, “hungry” footballer, able to give odds to his partners in position, now he has noticeably (again, in your opinion) passed.
Most likely, the reason for the regression is the Russian aggression against our country. Kendzera hesitated for a long time - to leave or stay. I decided to stay, but then still went to Lech. Then he returned. But already somehow different: tired, devastated. This is how he is now. And in order to save his career, Tomas needs a change of scenery.
And Dynamo, if they want to earn at least some money on Kendzer, they need to let the defender go as soon as possible (the contract with the Pole is valid until the summer of 2024).
Moreover, the possible departure of Tomasz will not become a tangible problem for the people of Kiev: there is Tymchik, there is the universal Karavaev, there are several young and promising guys from the double at once.
Frankly, in the winter of 2020, after Denis left for the Turkish Rizespor on loan, it seemed to me personally that he would not return to Dynamo.
At that time, the situation looked in such a way that the departure of the midfielder (forced or "voluntary" - in this case does not matter) seemed optimal both for him and for the Kyiv club.
However, the impulsive footballer failed to find himself in a new place. Perhaps he did not try to "seek" himself, preferring to return to Kyiv. And a spot polished to holes on the bench for substitutes.
However, the arrival of Lucescu to the Kyiv team turned out to be a landmark for Garmash. The Romanian coach tried Denis in attack, and he succeeded. Not a "fountain", of course, but clearly better than Besedin's or Supryaga's. One way or another, but Garmash managed to enter the same water twice.
But further on, his prospects in his native team are under a big question mark. Besedin recovered, Vanat played. Plus, the second team has several young interesting forwards at once, who left for Turkey with the base (Zorenko, Gorbach, Sharay). Consequently, there is hardly a place on the edge of the attack for Denis.
It will be problematic to win a place in the center of midfield - in the profile position of Denis. Neither in the support zone, nor in the place of the top ten, Garmash can be considered a top-priority "option" for the head coach. Especially given the recent arrival of Lohnwijk and Parris to the team.
So if Garmash still wants to play at a good level, he will have to change his club registration.
It so happened that Alexander was never the main player of Dynamo. A pupil of Kyiv football, he spent the early years of his “adult” career at Metalist. From there, in the spring of 2015, he moved to Dynamo. But under no head coach, Alexander failed to break into the starting lineup. He was leased to Chernomorets, Zorya, but he failed to gain a foothold there either.
For Lucescu, Andrievsky was a rotation player. "Kashi" didn't spoil it when it had a chance, but it didn't pretend to be more either. Now in his position (midfield player) Dynamo has a serious choice (Sydorchuk, Shepelev, Shaparenko, partly Garmash, Lonveik, Yatsyk). So, in order to get full-fledged playing time, it is better for Andrievsky to leave for another team.
What they don't do, things don't work. And you can’t say that the same Lucescu didn’t give Supryaga a chance. Rather yes than no. However, in 2020, after returning from loan to Dnipro-1, Vlad failed to gain a foothold in Dynamo. At that time, if he was remembered for anything, it was, perhaps, for his wildest mistakes.
At the beginning of last year, it was decided to send him to the Italian Sampdoria "out of harm's way". For rent. With the right to buy. But the young Ukrainian striker never played in the team from Genoa. The psychological confidence that "changed" Vlad after returning from the Dnieper to Kyiv, and in Italy made itself felt.
And he returned to Dynamo. Hoping to play with "nna" attempts.
It seems to me that a real attempt will also be a journey through torment. Lucescu does not count on this player, does not see him at the base. Perhaps he will sometimes give Vlad playing time, but in case of forward Mircea’s failures, he will not be almondy: he will express everything to his face. And sit down on the bench. And somewhere in the very corner.
The couple is only 22 years old, he still has not “fledged” properly. He is still promising. He really needs coaching trust. coaching patience. And time.
The current Dynamo coach cannot boast of any of these terms. Therefore, in order to save his career, in order to find inner peace, it is better for Vlad to ask for a way out.
