London Arsenal made a second offer to Brighton for the transfer of midfielder Moises Caicedo.
According to the Daily Mail, the management of the "gunners" offers 70 million pounds for the 21-year-old footballer, which is 10 million more than the previous offer. The "Seagulls" do not want to sell one of their leaders at the height of the season, so they demand a significant sum of money from those interested in the services of the Ecuadorian player.
