Georgian winger "Lekha" Giorgii Tsitaishvili, whose rights belong to "Dynamo", spoke about his career plans for the near future.
- Georgi, we would like to know about your current situation at the Lech club. Does the coaching staff and club management count on you after the end of the lease agreement?
— At the moment, I am doing well in this team. Regarding the continuation of cooperation with "Lech", we have not yet discussed. I have six months of my contract, during which I want to show myself as best as possible.
I don't want to get ahead of myself. Let's see how the situation will develop. When the summer transfer window opens, we will sit down and decide something together.
— Do you have a desire to return to Dynamo?
— It's hard to say yet. This will depend on many factors. At the moment, I am fully focused on my current team. A responsible period in the national team awaits me soon. Time will tell. Moreover, it is not known what the situation in Ukraine will be in six months.
— Are you afraid of returning to Ukraine because of the war?
— No, there is no fear. My doubts about returning to "Dynamo" are connected exclusively with sports moments. Previously, I wanted to leave Dynamo three times, but I stayed all three times because the coaches said they were counting on me. I was wrong and was in secondary roles in the team. I don't want to make a fourth mistake. I need to play soccer.
— In January, "Dynamo" sold its main right winger Viktor Tsygankov. Perhaps this is your chance to take his place?
— Of course, I continue to closely follow "Dynamo" and its transfer news. I am not yet thinking about a potential replacement for Tsygankov. Again, more focused on the present at the moment.
— Does "Dynamo" have any financial debts to you?
— No, Dynamo does not have any financial debts to me. In this regard, I have never had any problems with the club.
