In a tense match between Mallorca and Real Madrid, Mallorca emerged from a difficult match as a 1-0 winner. The victory was secured ahead of schedule by Real Madrid's own goal in the 13th minute. As the match went on, the game heated up, and several yellow cards were handed out. Real Madrid's Vinicius Junior received a yellow card in the 44th minute, followed shortly thereafter by Dani Ceballos in the 45th minute. Mallorca's second substitution came shortly after, with Lee Kang-Ying replacing Alain Sánchez in the 78th minute, followed shortly thereafter by Carlos Grenier replacing Galarreta in the 90th minute. With the score at 1-0, Mallorca held out in the face of Real Madrid's relentless pressure to secure a decisive victory.
