"Our team is safe at the moment" - Shinnik officially commented on the "arrival" from Minaya

The press service of Russian Shinnik have officially commented on the unfortunate brawl between their under-footballers and the guys from the Ukrainian side Minaya, which took place in a Turkish hotel. We bring the statement of the easterners as it is.

"Statement of FC Shinnik in connection with the incident that occurred in a hotel in Turkey

In the evening of February 13, an incident with players of the Ukrainian team Shinnyk took place on the territory of hotel Ciginus, which is located in the city of Belek (Turkey), where our team is staying.

In this regard, FC Shinnik officially declares that they are not the initiator of this conflict. Our players have acted as a real team, standing up for their teammate, who was attacked. Medical examination of Shinnik players revealed no serious injuries. At the moment our team is safe and the club decided to move to another hotel to avoid further conflict.

It should be noted that the booking of this hotel took place back in November 2022, subject to the conditions for the safe stay of our team. We consider any form of violence unacceptable and condemn it and will defend not only the interests of the club, but also the interests of our country. The situation is being dealt with by the law enforcement authorities".
