Former Dynamo Kyiv midfielder Viktor Tsygankov, who now plays for Spanish side Girona, touched upon the war in Ukraine in his commentary on La Liga.
"Everyone in the world knows that there is a war going on in Ukraine. All over the world people are enjoying life as before, but this is not the case in Ukraine. The difference between before the war and now is very big. There is essentially no life in Ukraine now. People have no water, no light, nothing.
I think every public person in Ukraine can help in any way they can. To tell the world what is happening so that the world can see this reality and know about the war. We have to do this," Tsygankov said.
