Ajax Amsterdam striker Mohamed Kudus dedicated the scored goal to his compatriot Kristan Ats, who died in the earthquake in Turkey.

In the match against Sparta, Mohamed Kudus scored his team's fourth goal. After that, the Ghanaian took off his game shirt, under which was a shirt with the inscription: "Rest in peace, Atsu." The main referee of the match showed solidarity and did not show the attacker a yellow card.

“It was made for Christian Atsu. Everyone knows what happened in Turkey. I chose him because he treated me well. But, of course, this is dedicated to all the victims. I never played with him, but I learned a lot from him. If I had not scored, I would have made this gesture after the game," said Mohamed Qudous.
