Potter: "I'm not stupid and I'm not naive, I understand the criticism of fans"

Chelsea head coach Graham Potter has agreed that his team are not in the best shape and the criticism leveled at him is absolutely deserved.

— I'm not stupid and I'm not naive. My job is to keep working, to keep helping and supporting the team, and to deal with criticism with understanding.

Change your approach? You can only be you, my job is to be the best version of myself. I understand that failure is a reason to change something. That's how I've always worked, and that's what got me here, but at the same time, I know people want something different.
