The Belarusian coach of "Lviv" Oleg Dulub believes that the execution of a criminal order must be punished.
"You know, clearly understood: people are born equal and free. To be a slave or not - everyone makes a choice. What to hear, what information to trust - everyone decides for himself.
And to say that I was just following orders is no excuse. Both the one who gave the order to commit a crime and the one who ran to kill are responsible. Punishment awaits both of them. There's no politics here," Dulub said.
