Former Dynamo defender and current Everton player Vitaliy Mykolenko expressed his opinion about Russia's war against Ukraine.

I didn't understand, like probably everyone in Ukraine and those who were abroad, what to do. I did not know how to help my parents and friends.
In the last four months there were big problems with electricity. Many people have no heating, no light. It's hard to imagine how people live. I don't know when this will end, hopefully as soon as possible. It's very hard to think about it continuing," Mikolenko told Sky Sports.
