The official distributor of "Joma" in Ukraine - "Joma Ukraine" has issued a statement about the cooperation of the brand with the Russian "Zenit".
"Dear fans, we are no less surprised and outraged by the news that "Joma" becomes a technical sponsor of one of the Russian clubs. Our company is 100% Ukrainian, where true patriots of Ukraine work.
Since the very first days of the war we have been supporting our Armed Forces by buying and sending to the front everything we need for the victory. Some of our employees are now in the ranks of the AFU.
We do not have a double view on this situation, our position is unequivocal. Sponsoring Russian sports is an irresponsible action that we cannot support. But we have to wait for the official information.
We applied to the central office of "Joma Sport" for clarification and official comment on this situation", - said in a message on the page of "Joma Ukraine" in the social network Instagram.
