Neville: "Declan Rice is not worth 110 million pounds"

Former Manchester United player Gary Neville believes that West Ham midfielder Declan Rice is not worth "crazy" money.

- "If I were Manchester United, I wouldn't spend 110 or 120 million pounds on Rice this summer. I would take him for 50-60 million pounds, but I wouldn't spend the amount of money that is being talked about in the press because I think he still has to add to his position.

I know Chelsea spent 107 million pounds on a player in this position, but I think a holding midfielder who links defense and attack should cost no more than 50-60 million pounds. Maybe 65 million pounds.

Spending 100 million pounds on a player in this position is not right. If you spend 100 million pounds, you have to get someone who scores 25 goals and provides 10-15 assists. That's when I would spend 100 million pounds, even though the transfer market looks abnormal and prices are rising every year," said Gary Neville.
