Shakhtar continued to pester the opposition and on 58 minutes, Ilya Petryak opened the scoring.
On 59 minutes, L. Traore was replaced by D. On 59 minutes, Traore was replaced by Dmytro Sikan and Andriy Bondarenko was replaced by Kryskev. Shakhtar's lead further increased when Rakitskiy netted a 59th-minute goal. Rakitskiy netted on 66 minutes. On 67 and 68 minutes, instead of Igor Henrique and Vitaliy Ostrovskiy, R. Rusin and A. Chiruk Yurievich appeared in Metalist respectively. In the final minutes of the game there were new replacements: on the 72nd minute G. Sudakov appeared on the 72nd minute and on the 85th minute K. Bychok replaced V. Dmytrenko in Metalist. The match ended with a confident 7-0 win for Shakhtar. In general, the match was a demonstration of Shakhtar Donetsk dominance, which was impressive both in attack and defense. Kharkiv Metalist 1925 hardly contained their opponents and could not create a single clear-cut chance. Thanks to the victory "Shakhtar" came close to the top of the Premier League standings, and Kharkiv Metalist 1925 will try to learn from this defeat and get even in the next match.
