After a serious illness Vyacheslav Golovin, well known in the second half of the 70's and early 80's, passed away.
And everything began for the young Golovin couldn't have started better. Having come to Kyiv from Crimean Evpatoria to study, the boy got in the Dynamo youth team. He proved his worth in the team from the best side, then there were performances at the double. Appeared in the closest reserve of the capital club in 1971, it took him more than three and a half years to debut in the main team. However, away match with Alma-Ata "Kairat" in which he came on as a substitute in the second half instead of Leonid Buryak, was the only one played for the team Valery Lobanovsky.
Next year, 1975 Golovin spent already in the form of Donetsk "Shakhtar", which exchanged him for delegated to Kyiv Anatoliy Konkov. Later he played for Metallurg (Zaporizhzhya), Odessa's Chernomorets and Dynamo.
