Emre Can: "Borussia lost because of the referee"

Borussia Dortmund midfielder Emre Can has criticized the head referee Danny McKeeley, who officiated the second leg of the Champions League last-16 against Chelsea (0:2).

"We did not deserve this defeat, but we lost because of the referee. I did not understand the referee's decision to give a penalty kick. I don't care who was the first to run into the penalty area before the kick. Havertz hit the post," Jan told beIN SPORTS.
