Chelsea's head coach Graham Potter commented on his team's progress to the quarterfinals of the Champions League.
"There are a lot of emotions. The end of the match was tense, but the guys withstood the pressure. I'm glad we managed to win.
The missed penalty? I don't even know what happened there. I realized that Borussia players ran into the penalty area. Havertz or James should have taken the shot. We are confident in Kai. I didn't watch him kick the penalty, but I realized from the roar of the stands that it was a goal. Kicking a penalty is not for me, so I am in awe of anyone who does it.
The atmosphere in the dressing room is fantastic. We had a difficult period, and this tournament means a lot to us. We wanted to progress and get to the quarterfinals, and this will give us a positive attitude for the next few weeks.
We have to recover and prepare for Saturday's match against Leicester. Two games to nil is great news after a difficult period. These things happen in life and it all depends on how you respond, and the players have responded fantastically," said Graham Potter.
