Alexandria defender Vladislav Baboglo confirmed the information that he will now play for the national team of Moldova.

- Vlad, today the information appeared that you will play for the national team of Moldova. Is it true?

- Yes, it`s already official, it`s true.

- Did you communicate with Ruslan Rotan (the mentor of Oleksandii, the Ukraine youth and the Ukraine National Ice Hockey Team, - ed.) on the subject? Was there a certain kind of consultation on his part?

- Yes, we talked to Ruslan Petrovich, and not just as a coach, but primarily as a person whose opinion I respect.

- How did the Moldovan Football Federation come to you with this offer?

- Representatives of the Moldavian Football Federation contacted me when we were at the winter training camp. After that, I talked to the head coach, vice-president of the Federation. It all happened just this winter, at the last training camp.

- Were you close to the Ukraine national team? Did you have any talks with somebody from UAF or Oleksandr Petrakov on the subject of making you play for the Ukraine national team?

- No, there`s no such talks. I played only for the Youth national team of Ukraine, and I was not close to the national team.
