Column of Alexander Lipenko. Forge of Dynamo soccer talents

In 1949, a soccer school was created under the city council of the "Dynamo" society. In 1954, I was accepted into one of its groups. I chose a place in the goal.

Oleg Blokhin

In 1960 our team, coached by Nikolai Fominykh and Nikolai Pavlovich Melnichenko, won the gold medals of the national championship among juniors. In the decisive game in Michurinsk we defeated Spartak Moscow 3-0. The championship (zonal tournament, semi-finals and finals) was held in one breath. During 13 games we scored 59 goals, but conceded only 6.

Mykola Pinchuk (our captain), Vadim Sosnikhin (the then center forward) and Valeriy Kravchuk were invited to join the "Dynamo" reserve team. Pinchuk played in the Dynamo first team and in Dnipro, and Sosnikhin became a legend of Dynamo for many years.
